1. Single-user application

ptm-gtd is a personal-use application operated by its developer for managing their own tasks and emails. It is not offered, marketed, or made available as a service to other users. Authentication is gated to a single allowlisted email address.

2. No warranty

The application is provided as-is for personal use. No warranty, express or implied, is offered regarding its availability, accuracy, fitness for any purpose, or correctness of AI-generated outputs.

3. Limitation of liability

The developer is the sole user and operator of this application. No third-party liability applies because no third-party use is permitted.

4. Use of third-party services

The application integrates with Google (Gmail API), Anthropic (Claude API), OpenAI (ChatGPT API), Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), and Resend (transactional email). Use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

5. Data ownership

All data processed by the application — emails, tasks, projects, stakeholders, automation candidates — is owned solely by the developer. No data is shared with or sold to any other party.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the application. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
